About Mary Gerwin & Bob Dooney
Mary and Bob live in Park Hill and specialize in Denver Real Estate. While many real estate brokers have faced struggling times in 2011, Bob and Mary’s business continues to grow and is on target for a second straight record year. They were the top team for 2010 in sales volume at Kentwood of Cherry Creek, Gold Table Award from the Denver Board of Realtors and The Five Star Award from 5280 Magazine for overall customer satisfaction. Bob and Mary attribute this to an extremely high percentage of referral based business. “Clients from our sphere didn’t need our services last year, but several of their friends did. We were fortunate that when our friends thought of recommending a realtor, they thought of us” says Mary.
Helping deliver that “wow” experience is Bob and Mary’s Buyer Specialist Lori Abbey and Team Coordinator Julie Dahl, Both Lori and Julie are fully licensed real estate broker and works exclusively for Mary and Bob.

A Denver, Colorado native, Bob has been representing individuals, couples and companies with different needs for over 20 years. The practice of active listening, asking lots of questions and preparing a calculated negotiating plan ensures that I am helping my client illuminate and achieve all of their needs and wants. Having the support and deep resources at arm’s reach from a company with such a passion for excellence (Kentwood Real Estate) allows me to serve my client with state-of-the-art quality and care”.

In addition, he has been hired as a viticulture consultant for select vineyards in Colorado and California. In his spare time, he enjoys playing music, golf and gardening.
Mary Gerwin
I grew up in Ohio but discovered the wonders of Colorado in 1994. After living in 9 states and 2 foreign countries, I know a good thing when I see it! I’m passionate about the older neighborhoods where I live, work, and play and know that finding the perfect home for my clients plays a big part in their feeling at home here, as well.
After 20 years in the corporate world, I made the change to real estate in 2001 and have never looked back. Whether as an individual or as a team member with Bob, I have always been consistently in the top 5% of all metro Denver realtors and absolutely love what I do! The skills I learned while I climbed the corporate ladder have been invaluable. From marketing to negotiating, I get the results my clients are looking for.
On a personal level, I’m a big supporter of the arts. I attend concerts at the Botanic Gardens, have season tickets to two Denver theater companies, plus I’ve sponsored the City Park Jazz concerts each summer. In my spare time I play piano and guitar and write original music. In 2004, I accomplished a lifelong dream when I produced a professional CD of my songs. The CD has received much acclaim and one song is even being used for a national sales promotion.
